expressed my feelings; 11:15 PM

YO. I'm back from RAIN CAMP. XD Renewed and refreshed, by God's spiritual RAIN.
RAIN CAMP is such an ironic name okay. It's supposed to mean God raining down on all of us in the camp. But then it was like raining yesterday. (: So it's RAIN in the literal and spiritual sense. Actually, it's still raining now.
I decided to blog first before I conk out and sleep for like I-dont-know-how-many hours cause it has been a really really really good experience! And I'm talking spiritual sense. Games... Were never my cup of tea in camps. They show the worst side of people. (:
Sermons were oh-so-GOOD. The camp speaker was Pastor Glenn Lim! XD I've heard of his story and watched videos of his story, and I'm intending to buy his autobiography - Wake Up Call. The sermons that he shared were so impactful and really hit me right there, right in the deepest part of my heart.
And HOLY SPIRIT NIGHT. The whole highlight of the camp which I look forward to every single year! It was so wonderful, I cannot find appropriate words to describe what I felt and what I experience. God's presence was so tangible.
I dont really want to elaborate on Holy Spirit Night cause I'd rather keep it to myself. And it was all God and me. Just God and me. That's why I dont really want to share. (: But God is so good. God is so good.
When I was kneeling before the altar, eyes shut, I could really feel and sense that God was right before me, right beside me. And that kind of feeling is really nice. I almost didnt want to open my eyes, cause it just rocks. XD
Also, Pastor Glenn talked about Christ's love for each and every one of us. It never dawned on me before that His crucifixtion was such a terrible and excruciating process. [Note: excruciating is derived from crucifixtion.] And when Pastor Glenn showed a three-minute clip of The Passion of The Christ to us, I just... Seriously broke down.
Now, I understand what it means by LOVE.
Plus, during Holy Spirit Night, there was a segment that we had to await a word and a name from God, then go and pray for that person. And I received a really strong feeling from God that I had to pray for this person that I know, but am not really close to. So I went to pray for her, and when I had just started praying, she just broke down... And I know it's God working through me to get to her. Just a very very good and comforting feeling. (:
Overall, RAIN CAMP was definitely a great great great great great experience. <33

There are many many verses Pastor Glenn shared with us. I shall just put two excerps here, cause it's really alot. But, feel free to ask for notes! I was diligent. (:
"Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven - for she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little loves little." - Luke 7:47
Powerful verse. Cheem.
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
- 1 John 4:9-10
THIS IS LOVE. <333 [to infinity, please.]
Plus the whole of Isaiah 40. It's a really great chapter. Brings out the WOW.
